Chapter 1: Disability and the community
HealthWiki > A Health Handbook for Women with Disabilities > Chapter 1: Disability and the community

Women with disabilities have a right to good health. Good health depends on enough nutritious food to eat, regular physical activity, and access to information and services to prevent and treat health problems, especially problems of reproductive health.

Also, to develop to their full potential, girls and women with disabilities need good education, jobs, and opportunities to be involved in their communities.
